WHO DO WE DELIVER TO?
We currently ship within Nigeria but ship out if our customers want. All customers must be able to provide a valid shipping address, office or resident to where the parcel is to be sent to. A full breakdown of the shipping details, which include the full total amount, will be given to you at the checkout before the order is confirmed. Customers hold the right to leave the order stage at this time before the order goes through. At present our delivery charges are determined on the weight of the entire parcel (not per item).

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Ochommma orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in select cities.

DELIVERY TIMES:
We are unable to give an exact date or time for the delivery as the parcel will delivered within the approximate 1-3 days (unless stated otherwise) that we advise from the dispatch date. No orders are delivered on Sundays. All delivery dates should be estimated from the date the order is dispatched which is usually approximately 1-3 days from this date. You must allow at least 48 hours for pick and pack before dispatch.
Additional information sent from the couriers such as text messages and emails are not a guarantee of the exact delivery times. This can sometimes be sent in error and is not an exact representation of the timescale. Always confirm with the sender (Ochommma.com) for the exact dispatch information for precise and more accurate information. We are not liable for delays calculated based on provided delivery estimates of the courier company in charge or other third parties.

RETURNS:
Customers are required to send items back to us at their own cost via any courier if they do not suit their requirements and this will also include items that do not fit, not suitable, wrong item selected, incorrect sizing, not same as on the website.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • If an item has a Ochommma security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
